WHAT TO WEAR: Austin City Limits Music Festival 2016

Curated by Estilo owner Stephanie Coultress O'Neill

The Austin City Limits Music Festival is almost here, and it is most Austinites
favorite time of year, signaling cooler weather and lazy days
listening to the nation’s best bands.

With two weekends and 3 days worth of music, we have selected 3 looks:
one for each day.

If the weather is still warm, we recommend a swing dress. You can wear it plain to keep cool or wear cut-off shorts under it to make it easier and more comfortable to sit in the green grass if you are at the festival all day.

This shape is flattering on all body types, and the flowy look is very on trend this season. We like the nude shoe. It will lengthen the look of your leg, and make you appear taller. Swing dresses are all about the legs!

Capulet Harlow Y Back Dress- $110, Kaunas Ankle Booties Sand- $125, kar-bn Choker- $726

We love a bohemian top, especially this one with a little bit of flounce at the waist. Embroidery is also on trend this season.

Pair the top with cut-offs or a great jean, depending on the heat level. Dress for the weather.

Boeme Tassel Cami- $158, J Brand Photo Ready Jeans- $188, Kaanas Santa Fe Skate Shoe- $125

Here, we recommend another bohemian, embroidered top. While we prefer the bootie or skate shoes (fancy sneakers), we know Austinites love their flip-flops. If you must, our favorites are tkees for their comfort level. As always, nude goes with anything.

acl2016-3
Boeme Tassle Tank – $163, Paige Edgemont Ultra Skinny Denim – $251, Trees Beach Pearl Flip Flops – $50

All 3 looks have comfortable but stylish shoes for walking all day to the various stages. Booties are still on trend. Make sure the heel is low for maximum comfort. Skate shoes are also on trend and a stylish alternative to tennis shoes that are equally as comfortable.

All of these looks and more can be found at Estilo, 2727 Exposition Blvd #121, Austin, TX 78703.
