The Hill Country Conservancy celebrated their 7th annual Hill Country Nights – raising over $250,000 for the HCC’s many conservation projects and the Violet Crown Trail.
The party, usually held at Texas Disposal Systems Exotic Game Ranch, changed venues to Brazos Hall this year, but it kept much of its fun flair including Chicken Drop Bingo, Salt Lick BBQ and all night dancing with the Mike Clifford Band.
The folks at HCC are already hard at work on their next event launching their newest project, the Violet Crown Trail – a regional trail system which will begin at Barton Springs Pool in Zilker Park and wind more than 30 miles south into Hays County. Join them there next week to learn more about the trail and this wonderful organization.
