ENTERTAINMENT: In it’s 30th Anniversary, Austin Film Society is opening their twin screen arthouse cinema and event hall, the AFS Cinema, this May in Austin’s Highland neighborhood. CHARITY: Mack, Jack & McConaughey announces that Miranda Lambert will headline its gala night on Thursday, April 20th with Jack Ingram opening as part of MJ&M’s two-day event in Austin, Texas. Tickets will be available to the public on Friday, February 3, at 10 a.m. This spring marks the 5th year of the Mack, Jack & McConaughey event. Every year thousands of guests enjoy two full days of events, all benefitting charities working to empower kids through health, wellness and education programming.
DESIGN: This year marks the ninth annual Austin Modern Home Tour – bringing modern architecture and living to those in Austin. On Saturday, February 25th from 10 am – 6 pm, visit 13 stunning homes and speak to the architects and builders that conceptualized and executed these homes. Tickets are $35 in advance and $40 day of the tour, at any home.
