Juice Society Supply Drive

Please help us assist those in need during this catastrophic storm. We will be accepting donations at the shop until Friday, September 1 to ship down to Houston.

Jacoby’s and Grizzelda’s Fundraisers

In order to support the people affected by Hurricane Harvey, Jacoby Restaurant Group – Jacoby’s and Grizzelda’s – will be donating $2 for every Burger, Melvin Mule, Picadillo Taco & Grizz Mizz sold & $10 for every bottle of wine purchased to The American Red Cross.

Let’s come together to help those most in need!

Slavonk & Hortus Terrarium Benefit

Host a terrarium party at Slavonk & Hortus this week Monday, August 28th – Sunday, September 3rd and for each builder a $10 donation goes to a Hurricane Harvey relief of your choice or to Central Texas Red Cross & Austin Pets Alive!

August 29 – September 30
Lick Honest Ice Cream Hurricane Relief Fundraiser

Lick Honest Ice Creams is donating 100% of proceeds from their Texas Sheet Cake pints sold at all of their shops to the American Red Cross. That’s right, every time someone buys a Texas Sheet Cake pint in any of the four scoop shops in Austin and San Antonio, 100 percent of the proceeds (not profits) will go to charity.

August 29 – September 3
Freedmen’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Donations

Freedmen’s will be accepting donations for Hurricane Harvey relief victims August 29 – September 3 for devastated areas in Rockport and Port Aransas.

August 30 – September 3
Native Hostel Hurricane Harvey Donation Drive

HOPE is teaming up with Vince Young + Vince Young Foundation, Native Hostel Austin, and Ninja Buses – Austin Party Bus Rentals to send some support to our Houston neighbors. Bring items from this list to Native (807 E. 4th St. 78702) Wed – Sun this week. The group is filling up a bus of supplies to help the families and friends in Houston. The Ninja Bus will be loaded up Sunday afternoon and sent on its way Monday. It will be sent to Gallery Furniture in Houston.

August 30 – September 10
Kyōten Sushiko Donations

For each dinner guest for the next 2 weeks, $40 will be donated to help those persevering through Hurricane Harvey.

August 30 – September 9
Twin Liquors Fundraiser

From today through Saturday, Sept. 9, any of the 80+ Twin Liquors neighborhood locations will be accepting donations in quantities of $1.00, $3.00, $5.00 or more in an effort to support flood victims. 100 percent of all donations will go to the American Red Cross to help the affected Texas neighborhoods. In addition to customer contributions, Twin Liquors will match up to $20,000.

August 31 – September 3
Independence Brewing Co. Hurricane Harvey Toy, Clothes & Supply Drive

We will be hosting a toy, clothes and supply drive this week in our taproom in efforts to support Hurricane Harvey relief initiatives.

Rules: Bring something from this list, give it to the bartender, and in return, we will give you an Independence Beer Token (redeemable at that moment, or at a later date) PLUS a Birds Barbershop Coupon Card (While Supplies Last). ***Token is only good for individuals 21+.

August 31 – September 3
Icenhauer’s Hurricane Harvey Relief Fundraiser

On Thursday 8/31 through Sunday 9/3 Icenhauer’s will be donating $1 of each Sangria sold to the American Red Cross to assist in relief efforts for our fellow Texans who continue to be affected by Hurricane Harvey. They will also have donation jars set out for anyone who would like to make a larger contribution.

Ramen Tatsu-Ya for Hurricane Harvey Relief

Ramen Tatsu-Ya just launched a hatch chile miso ramen special with all proceeds going to Hurricane Harvey relief. The special will be available at both locations until supplies last.

September 1
Houston Strong: Benefiting the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund

On Friday, September 1st we come together for Houston Strong: Benefiting the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund with music by Black Joe Lewis, The Octopus Project, Robert Ellis, Walker Lukens, The Deer, and Otis the Destroyer.

All proceeds benefiting the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund via Greater Houston Community Foundation. Mohawk will also be accepting donations for physical items on-site. Most needed items include diapers, formula, blankets, pillows, toiletries, cleaning supplies, first aid kits, new socks, new undergarments, bottled water and non perishable food. Thanks to our partners at Do512, AIRSHP, Fine Southern Gentlemen, Tito’s Vodka, Brown Distributing, Karbach Brewing, Big Bend Brewing, and Austin Eastciders.

Volstead Hot Dogs 4 Hurricane Harvey Fundraiser

We’ll be spinnin’ vinyl and grillin’ dogs to raise money for the Red Cross for Hurricane Harvey! Come eat, dance, and donate to a good cause.

Volstead is donating 15% of beverage sales to the Red Cross.  100% of hot dog sales (generously donated by Volstead) will be donated to Red Cross. 100% of DJ earnings will be donated to Red Cross.

YETI Hurricane Relief Fundraiser

YETI is donating 100% of sales from and their Flagship store on September 1st directly to relief funds for the Gulf Coast region.

Orders must be placed by 11:59pm on Friday, 9/1. YETI Flagship is open from 10am-8pm on 9/1.

Contigo + Chicon Burgers to Benefit Hurricane Relief Efforts

This Friday, September 1st, through Monday, September 4th, Contigo is donating $1 from every burger we sell to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Fort Bend ISD.

Our (delicious, if we do say so ourselves) Contigo burger is available at brunch and dinner, so if you’re planning on popping in to see us at any point over the weekend, you’ll have a chance to chow down for a good cause. Headed to our sister restaurant Chicon? We’re donating $1 off all burger sales Friday-Monday there, as well.

Treaty Oak Brewing & Distilling Labor Day Weekend party

Treaty Oak Brewing & Distilling will host a four-day Labor Day Weekend party to help raise money to support people effected by Hurricane Harvey. At the Treaty Oak Hurricane Harvey Relief Party guests will have an opportunity to have a great time, while making a contribution to help those in need in the following ways: Treaty Oak will donate a percentage of our proceeds from the entire weekend to the Central Texas Food Bank, SPCA of Texas and the Texas Diaper Bank Hurricane Harvey Relief Funds, cash donations will be collected and collect necessary supplies.

It will be a weekend of charity, and family friendly food and fun at Treaty Oak Ranch.

W Austin WET Deck Pool Fundraisers for Harvey

W Austin is turning its Labor Day WET Deck pool events into a fundraiser for Harvey. Join Friday, September 1st (tomorrow) for Heatwave featuring DJ Kurupt and DJ Fashen, a pop-up shop with Lee Merritt Swimwear, drinks specials from Z Tequila. Guests can also join Monday, September 4th for Soundwave featuring beats by DJ Bird Peterson, special guests and drinks specials. Both events are from noon to 8. Entry is $20 with a portion of the proceeds from each event benefiting those impacted by Harvey.

New Waterloo Specialty Cocktails for Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

When guests order any of the specialty cocktails from the restaurants below, New Waterloo will donate $2 per drink to Port Aransas and Rockport relief efforts.

Smoke Out Saturday: Hurricane Harvey Benefit

We’re devastated to hear of the destruction and suffering that our fellow Texans are enduring in Houston and along the Gulf Coast. We’re hosting a special benefit Smoke Out Saturday this weekend, to raise funds to help. The Menu: Smoked Pig from Yonder Way Farm, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, White Bread, Pickles and Onions, BBQ Sauce and Watermelon. Served at 11am, $15 per plate

All proceeds from the sale of the Smoke Out plate, along with the sale of beers from the following Houston breweries, will be donated to the American Red Cross for help with the relief effort.

Tacos for Houston

Calling all taco lovers! Join us for Tacos for Houston as we raise funds for Hurricane Harvey Relief. Your mission is to go eat tacos this Saturday (yes all day!) with our participating taco shops & taquerias as portions of the sales will help our amigos in Houston & the Gulf Coast.

Batch Gulf Coast Recovery Benefit featuring Cotton Mather

Batch Craft Beer & Kolaches is hosting a Hurricane Harvey Relief Fundraiser benefiting the Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund on Saturday, September 2 beginning at 6:00 p.m.

Batch will be offering a special “Hatch Recovery Kolache” made with Micklethwait’s Craft Meats’ pulled pork shoulder, hatch green chili, and cheese; and a special keg of Yellow Rose IPA from Lone Pint Brewery in Houston. All proceeds from this special keg and kolache will be donated directly to the Red Cross. There will also be music by Cotton Mather, Darin Murphy, Noah and the Megafauna, Phil Hurly, and more. Additionally there will be 5-minute $5 portraits by local artist, Laura Lit. The evening is sponsored by Micklethwait’s Craft Meats, Greater Goods Coffee Roasters, and Meshed Up Productions. Additionally, there will be special beer on tap sponsored by Hops & Grain and Ballast Point.

Veracruz All Natural Fundraiser

This Saturday, September 2, Veracruz All Natural will donate 20% of all sales from all locations to the Central Texas Food Bank in an effort to help out in some way.

So please come and eat some tacos, quesadillas and chips and drink some aguas and smoothies with us this Saturday so we can raise as much money as possible!

LOVE Cycling Studio Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief Efforts

Our team has been devastated watching Hurricane Harvey unfold in Houston and other areas along the Gulf Coast, and we want to help. We also know that our incredible community at LOVE Cycling Studio is concerned for those who have been affected.

That’s why this Saturday, Sunday and Monday, all proceeds from the studio will be donated to Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. Let’s come together this Labor Day weekend and help the communities affected by Hurricane Harvey.

This Sunday, September 3rd, Alamo Drafthouses will be donating $1 for each movie ticket sold at all of our Alamo Drafthouse Austin locations to Hurricane Harvey relief. Please join us at the movies to help support families and communities in need.

CRU Food & Wine: Brunch for Houston

Both CRU Food & Wine Bar locations are doing BRUNCH FOR HOUSTON this Sunday, September 3rd (10:30am – 3:00pm). All Texas locations are participating to donate 50% of brunch entree sales to aid in relief to Houston through the Red Cross.

Half Step Hurricane Harvey Relief Benefit & Weenie Roast

Half Step is having a good ‘ol backyard Labor Day weekend weenie roast to benefit those affected by the Hurricane Harvey flooding in Houston and South Texas.Your support means everything to those in need! 100% of proceeds will go to the Central Texas Food Bank where they are collecting funds to be used for disaster relief in South Texas affected areas.

Also, in the wake of Hurricane Harvey, we’re teaming up with Tito’s Vodka to gather supplies for our neighbors in need. Bring your supply donations to Half Step where your donations will be loaded onto Tito’s trucks and transported to our friends and families in the affected communities over the next few weeks.

The Harvey Relief Benefit: Comedy Helps

We’re proud to announce The Harvey Relief Benefit: Comedy Helps, produced by Turk and Christy Pipkin, Ron White, Moontower Comedy, and the Paramount Theatre, taking place this Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at the Paramount. 100% of ALL proceeds, including ticket, concession and merchandise sales, will directly benefit the American Red Cross to assist Texans affected by Hurricane Harvey. Headlining talent includes Ron White, Iliza Shlesinger, and Chris D’Elia. Tickets go on sale Thursday, August 31st at 10:00 a.m. Central. We’re gonna laugh ‘til it helps!

September 6
Barre Code Donation Workout: HIIT for Houston

The Barre Code is holding a donation workout at the studio at 2300 S. Lamar next Wednesday at 7pm. Class is free and 100% of donations collected will be donated to Red Cross for relief efforts. No amount is too big or too small.

September 8
Fashion X Hurricane Harvey Benefit Fashion Show

Raise your hand if you hate Harvey? We do. So we’re going to raise a boatload of money to help all of our friends from Beaumont to Corpus and everywhere in between.

Thanks to our partners, this event is costing us NOTHING. So literally 100% of your ticket purchase goes directly to hurricane relief. We have it on good authority that the best place to send the money is through the amazing J.J. Watt who will be distributing millions of dollars to the storm ravaged areas in the places where it’s most needed. Our check will go directly to him as well. Participating designers listed here.

365 Things Austin + Barre3 Hurricane Harvey Benefit Class

365 Things Austin  teamed up with barre3 to host a class where 100% of the proceeds benefit Hurricane Harvey victims. We will be doing a one hour class followed by snacks from Blenders and Bowls and mimosas! All participants will receive a gift card to Outdoor Voices. We will have raffle tickets available for $5.

Texas Tiki Week Kick-Off & Hurricane Harvey Relief Party

Monday September 11th we will have our annual Texas Tiki Week Kick-Off Party! USBG Austin is excited to be hosting this party at The Roosevelt Room with a very special menu collaboration between The Roosevelt Room & Juniper Tar from San Antonio.

In light of what is happening to our Houston community we will be using this party as a benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief – Bartender’s Emergency Assistance Program through USBG National Foundation.

Harvey Flood Benefit at Moontower Saloon

Please come join Moontower Saloon and Lucas Cook to throw a Flood Benefit for the victims of Harvey on 9.16.17. Free live music all day, benefit food plates and prizes. All donations go directly to relief organizations. Water and canned foods will be accepted for the food bank.

Dress for Success Austin Drive

Dress for Success Austin has an excellent relationship with all five Texas affiliates and we are heartbroken about the devastation. We have been in contact with both Houston and Corpus Christi affiliates and have assured them of our commitment to support the relief in their communities. To have an immediate impact, we are currently accepting donations of socks and toiletries for victims, as well as first responders. Because we are in the middle of our fall fundraising event, an anonymous donor has pledged $20 to Red Cross for each ticket sold to the LBDS to boost our impact for relief efforts. To purchase tickets, please visit

Cane Rosso Raffle

Cane Rosso is raffling off an exclusive “Year of Pizza” VIP card to benefit Hurricane Harvey relief efforts. The card entitles the holder to one free pizza per week for an entire year ($780 value), at any Cane Rosso location in Texas. Limited tickets are available starting today, $50 each.

Skull & Cakebones Accepting Donations for Austin Pets Alive!

As of Sunday, the Austin Pets Alive! animal shelter has taken in more than 235 animals and anticipates an influx of more animals in coming days. The shelter is calling for supplies and donations to help care for animals in need.

Skull & Cakebones, located at 3991 E Highway 290 Unit A in Dripping Springs, will serve as a drop point for supplies. Residents are able to drop off items Tuesday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. A complete list of items needed may be found on the Austin Pets Alive! website.
