All the signs are pointing to fall. The temperatures have finally dipped below 100 and the nights are approaching comfortable. It’s a good thing because the gala season is upon us! Traditionally kicked-off by Ballet Austin’s Fete, many other organizations jumped the calendar this year and moved into the early season spots.

Opening weekend is jam-packed and includes a handful of our picks for the fall’s top events. So how exactly did we choose the top 24 events to highlight in our Fall Gala Guide? It took a lot of thought, but we feel we’ve selected a list highlighting “the best of the best” among philanthropic happenings around Austin this fall. We hope you agree.
