Krause’s Café is hosting a Hog and Grog dinner that will showcase beer from five South Texas breweries on Monday, February 26, beginning at 6:30 p.m. The evening will highlight special, off-menu dishes created by Chef “Boomer” Acuna to be paired with Texas craft beers.
The restaurant will have a prix fixe, 5 course menu featuring Texas-inspired and pork-driven dishes. The menu includes 5 Spiced Braised Pig Trotter (pigs feet), Crab Cake, Boudin Stuffed Porchetta, Fried Oysters, and Butter Toffee Cake as dessert. Each dish is paired with a Texas craft beer.
