The folks behind the Austin Food & Wine Festival, Food and Wine Magazine and C3 Presents, treated media to a sneak preview at Contigo on January 21st.
Lunch was prepared by Chefs Tim Love (Love Shack, The Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, TLC Catering, White Elephant Saloon, & Woodshed Smokehouse, Fort Worth); Mike Lata (FIG, The Ordinary, Charleston); Chris Shepherd (Underbelly, Houston); and Andrew Wiseheart (Contigo, Austin).
Tickets went on sale yesterday for the 3 day festival, which will bring back fan favorites and several new surprises, including the addition of “A Feast Under the Stars” held the Thursday night before the festival kicks off. This one-of-a-kind dining experience will feature a 5-course meal — each prepared by five award-winning chefs from the festival.
